Yesterday was a lot of fun. We are settling into operations and our roles. Now it’s time to have some fun. We learned how not to make a cake pop, giggled, and showed off on the News WTHR13

Today we will be attempting (all GF & DF)

Cookies and cream cake pops again

Dairy Free White Chocolate Drizzle Chai Spiced Pumpkin Mini Bundt Cakes

Puzzle Piece Princess cakes

We have great lemon cake but we are going to try a vegan cupcake version

Chocolate vegan cupcakes

plus the basics

brownies, 4 signature cookies, pizza crusts, and better than Nutter butter sandwiches, PB Chocolate cereal treats

Plus Cooper Moon coffee, Loose Tea, Circle City Kombucha, Mexican Coke & Sprite, and juice

  1. I saw the new report on your new bakery and immediately wanted to support what you are doing. I am gluten free (by choice) I just feel better, and wow! Your chocolate chip vegan cookie was wonderful! The Snickerdoodle is amazing as well. I bought the pizza crust and can’t wait to try it too. Good luck to you, and I will be supporting your efforts!
