I have not added scalloped potatoes or cinnamon rolls. We will continue to try for a cinnamon roll recipe that I’d be proud to sell. You guys can buy cardboard anywhere. We don’t want to sell something we would not eat! We will continue to try.
Scalloped potatoes will be vegan when I add. I am waiting on a price for an ingredient. I should have them added by Thursday. Potatoes are a big deal. Everyone in the kitchen will need to know how to use a thermometer. Progress since I posted the Thanksgiving menu.
