Cornbread Dressing

Thaw overnight in fridge

remove lid cover with foil bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees

Sweet Potato Casserole

Green Bean casserole vegan

Do Not thaw

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Remove plastic or paper lid

Keep foil cover

Place on a cookie sheet

Bake covered 50 minutes

Remove foil

Bake an additional 10- 15 minutes uncovered at 350

Corn Pudding

Do Not thaw

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Remove plastic or paper lid

Keep foil cover

Place on a cookie sheet

Bake covered 60 minutes

Breads

Cinnamon Sweet Rolls

If serving for today or tomorrow, Store in Fridge, Then whenever you are ready to eat, just pull them from the fridge, remove the lid (cinnamon roll) and bake in a 350-degree oven for 5-8 minutes.

Freeze. Thaw on the counter or in the microwave until room temperature. Reheat, covered, in a 400⁰ oven for around 15-25 minutes until thoroughly heated. Another option is to microwave an individual roll for 45 seconds – then pop it in a hot oven for 1-2 minutes to get that fresh-baked crust!

Sweet Breads/Muffins:

Refrigerate. They hold in the fridge a week when well wrapped, but freeze for up to 3 months.

Freeze= Thaw and reheat as desired. The oven, toaster, and microwave are all great! Reheating times depend on the thickness, and just how warm you like your muffins and breads!

Fudge Brownies: Freeze or Refrigerate. We prefer them warm, and the easiest way is straight from the freezer to the microwave. Approximately 15-25 seconds, depending on your microwave.

Soft Pretzels– put in the toaster

Yeast Breads/Rolls Hot dog buns-Oven- Wet outside of bun, place in oven NOT preheated 300 degrees 12 minutes Microwave- Wrap bun in damp paper towel, place on microwave safe dish, microwave on high for 10 seconds, repeat if necessary Lower watt microwaves need a few more seconds

Focaccia– it’s an antipasto, appetizer, or an accompaniment to a meal. A snack. It is best reheated. To reheat 325-degree oven for 5 min on a baking sheet, if frozen let thaw first. Can be reheated on the grill. Makes great open-faced sandwiches

Breadsticks– wrap in foil, preheated 350-degree oven 5 minutes

Corn Breads– they are better warm. Place bread on a baking sheet, cover with foil, bake 350- degrees 10-to 15 minutes if frozen do not thaw add 7 minutes to time.

Pizza Crusts

400-degree oven 8-10 minutes fresh 12-14 frozen

 

Pies

Pumpkin, Pecan, and chess pies should be stored in the refrigerator

Fruit pies keep at room temperature for 2 days, you can store them loosely covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days longer

Frozen crusts will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months, let thaw at room temperature, DO NOT TOUCH PIE CRUST WITHOUT PLASTIC It’s a very delicate pastry and will pull away from pan. To prebake, 10 minutes in a 350-degree oven

If you freeze a baked pie, thaw overnight, then bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes COVER CRUST WITH FOIL TO PREVENT FURTHER BROWNING

Take and bake pie instructions

Unwrap frozen pie

Preheat to 425

Put frozen pie on a lined cookie sheet

Bake 20 minutes at 425

don’t open the door reduce heat to 375 30 to 40 minutes

The filling should look bubbly

 

Pot Pies.     

Defrost overnight in the fridge

 

Bake 350 degrees 65 minutes, let sit 10 minutes ENJOY

 

Shepard’s pie– (Both Carnivore and vegan)

Fresh/ thawed/Unfrozen- 375 degrees 30 minutes, 2 minutes under the broiler to brown potatoes

 

Plant Based Potatoes 350 degrees 1 hr

 

Quiche– 350 degrees 15 mins approx   or 1 slice 50% power 3 minutes in the microwave
