Pumpkin, Pecan and chess pies should be stored in the refrigerator

Fruit pies keep at room temperature for 2 days, you can store them loosely covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days longer

Frozen crusts will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months, let thaw at room temperature, DO NOT TOUCH PIE CRUST WITHOUT PLASTIC It’s a very delicate pastry and will pull away from pan. To parbake, 10 minutes in 350-degree oven

If you freeze a baked pie, thaw overnight, then bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes COVER CRUST WITH FOIL TO PREVENT FURTHER BROWNING

Take and bake pie instructions

Unwrap frozen pie

Preheat to 425

Put frozen pie on a lined cookie sheet

Bake 20 minutes at 425

don’t open door reduce heat to 375 30 to 40 minutes

Filling should look bubbly
