Part-time shop manager/keyholder
No Label is looking to add to the management team. The job is to manage the production of clean healthy food for sale while promoting and supporting our employees in all aspects of their work ensuring respect, privacy, autonomy and self-worth are maintained. 2-3 days a week
Job requirements
- High school diploma
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to physically lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Experience working with people with autism is preferred, but not required
- Cake decorating, baking or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required
- Organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good judgment and creative thinking skills
- Ability to communicate appropriately given the circumstances of the situation and individuals involved
- Discretion in matters that need to remain private
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
